Therapeutic Group for Voluntary Sector Professionals

Every Friday from 31 January to 7 March, 5.45pm to 7.45pm at Shoreditch Library.

A six-week group run by I Found Me Therapeutic Counselling designed to refresh, reenergise and reignite the mental wellbeing of those in the voluntary sector supporting Black and Global Majority communities aged 16+.

Enter a safe space with your peers, guided by qualified mental health professionals to connect, celebrate your work in the community and receive a certificate of completion.

Refreshments provided.
