Therapeutic Group for Black and Global Majority Community Members

Every Saturday from 18 January to 22 February, 1pm to 3pm at Shoreditch Library.

A six-week group run by I Found Me Therapeutic Counselling for Black and Global Majority individuals aged 16+ to connect, share lived experiences and enhance their mental health and wellbeing.

Enter a safe space with your peers, guided by qualified mental health professionals to connect, heal from trauma and institutional racism through sharing lived experiences and receive a certificate of completion.

Refreshments provided.
