Therapeutic Group for Young Adults

Every Saturday from 8th February to 15 March, 10am to 12 noon at Shoreditch Library.

A six-week group run by I Found Me Therapeutic Counselling for young people aged 12 to 18 from the black and global majority community. A chance to share experiences, build confidence and explore living in Hackney.

Enter a safe space guided by qualified mental health professionals to build your self worth, explore your experiences and meet peers from your community.
