Eco Active/Daubeney Fields Forever - Residents in Kings Park, Hackney walk to nearby parks, community gardens, streets and estates to exercise and garden in friendly groups every week. Bantu Village

Avant Garde Dance

Hackney Play Bus

Walking at pace (women only)
A brisk walk into Daubeney Fields and beyond to loop back into Kingsmead. This walk is at a pace and participants are expected to move with purpose and pace throughout the session.

A walk to bring out a sweat in participants and get them slightly out of breath. Although this is a walk in a park, it’s at pace. Targeted at those who are aspiring to get fitter but may have commitments so need to fit something in during the day.
