Therapeutic Group for Refugees and Migrants

Every Saturday from 22 February to 29 March, 2.30pm to 4.30pm at Dalston Library.

A six week group run by I Found Me Therapeutic Counselling for Refuges and Asylum Seekers aged 18+.

A safe supportive space for Refugees, migrants and Asylum Seekers to connect, share lived experiences and build their community in Hackney. Connect with peers, share your story and gain resources, tools and support to navigate life’s challenges confidently.

No need to book, just turn up.
