For Transgender Awareness Week, Trans Sauna are running a special edition of this sauna where trans+ people have the space to grieve and remember those they have lost.

The Grief Sauna gives trans+ people a space to be surrounded and supported by their community, in a quiet space to meditate and process these emotions without the pressure to articulate them. The facilitator will carry out sauna-based treatments for participants to feel in touch with their bodies and in an intimate grieving space..

Access Information: This event is not wheelchair accessible - further details are availbale via the booking link. There will be assistants present who are trained to support neurodiverse participants.
