This exhibition will display reproductions of iconic posters from the ground-breaking early days of the lesbian and gay theatre from the 1970s and 80s including Gay Sweatshop, Bloolips and Character Ladies and Siren.

The exhibition launch is on 8th February including memory sharing and discussion; where you can meet the curators and researchers from the Unfinished HIstories project.

The exhibition is open to view during Hackney Archives’ public open hours: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 10am, and the last entry at 5:45pm (the last day to view 24th February). 

Free. No booking is required, just turn up.
