About From Waste to Dreams: Creative Woodworking for 15 -26 year olds - The Woodshop of Recycled Delights

This is a free Introductory Workshop for young people aged 15-26, which will give you the skills and confidence to begin building whatever you want from reclaimed timber!

You don't need any previous experience to join in! Working with reclaimed timber not only reduces waste, but also creates great opportunities for artistic creation. Get a hands-on experience and add creative woodworking skills to your CV! In this workshop you'll:

• Get familiar with safely using hand- and power-tools

• Learn basic carpentry techniques

• Explore creative design approaches for woodworking projects

• Learn how to source and treat reclaimed timber

• Understand carbon impact
