Dark Matter is delighted to present the first two episodes of the highly anticipated BBC One drama Mr Loverman, here in Hackney where much of the show was shot.

Come and watch with a live Hackney audience. After the screenings there will be a Q&A hosted by author, film critic and Hackney Culture Lead - Corrina Antrobus, with Mr Loverman himself – Lennie James, writer - Nathaniel Price and producer - Irma Inniss.

Round Table Books will be selling copies of Mr Loverman at the event. 

Based on Bernardine Evaristo’s best-selling novel of the same name, the eight-part drama series is a story of love and what it costs to be true to yourself.
